Guides Left Card
In February 2026 I started to create this Guides System.
I started using ChatGPT 3.5 in November 2023. It took a few months, but it was clear after some use that the world had been changed in a significant way. Now over two years later, I think most people realize that as well whether they like it or not. I used to like making Instruction Guides for myself and others, and it is clear that answers to most questions are a prompt away. My ambitions to make videos for people to show them how to do lots of cool stuff does not seem like it is that important anymore, at least in the long-term we will be able to get fairly accurate in-depth answers for just about everything.So Why Develop the Guide System Now?
The short answer is so that I have it at hand in my ecosystem, in the format I want. So, here it is...

2/26/2026 - As I am developing content for this section I am going to throw stuff up here.Here is a prompt I recently asked Perplexity: What book talks about how when we sin, we can't hear from God, or we are separated from God?The Bible, particularly Isaiah 59:2, directly states that sins separate people from God and hide His face so He does not hear. Books expanding on this theme include Back to Bethel: Separation From Sin and Fellowship With God by F. B. Meyer, which teaches that separating from sin restores fellowship and the ability to hear from God. Francis Schaeffer also addresses sin's separations, including from God, in his writings.
